Saud Alawwad is a senior legal advisor specializing in banking & project finance, restructuring, and governance in KSA. He advises executives and boards on complex financings and PPPs, builds compliance frameworks aligned with Saudi regulations and Vision 2030, and leads high-stakes disputes and arbitrations.
